ENTIRELYCGI operates as a catalog-based showroom. There is no shopping cart, checkout system, or automated payment processing on this website. All purchases are handled through direct communication.

• 1.Browse our collection and submit an inquiry for the item you are interested in.
• 2.Our team will respond within 24 hours with availability confirmation and payment details.
• 3.Payment is required in full before the item is shipped. Accepted methods will be communicated during the inquiry process.
• 4.Once payment is confirmed, the item will be shipped within 2-5 business days.

Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or reserve the item. An item is considered sold only after full payment has been received and confirmed.

All orders are shipped with tracking and signature confirmation. Shipping costs are calculated based on destination and item weight, and will be communicated before payment.

• ·Domestic (US): Standard shipping via USPS Priority or UPS Ground. Delivery within 3-7 business days.
• ·International: Available on a case-by-case basis. Buyer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.
• ·Insurance: All shipments over $500 are insured at full value. Insurance for items under $500 is available upon request at additional cost.

ENTIRELYCGI is not responsible for packages once they are in the carrier's possession. If a package is lost or damaged during transit, the buyer must file a claim with the shipping carrier. We will assist with documentation as needed.

All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or offer refunds except in the following circumstances:

• ·The item is proven to be inauthentic (see Authenticity Guarantee above).
• ·The item received is materially different from what was described and photographed in the listing (e.g., wrong item shipped).

To request a return under the above conditions, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photographs documenting the issue. Returns must be shipped back within 7 days of approval, in the original packaging, with all tags and accessories included. Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving the returned item.

We do not offer refunds for change of mind, incorrect sizing, color variation due to screen settings, or minor wear consistent with the listed condition.

All items are graded and described honestly. We photograph every item in detail and disclose any flaws. Our condition scale is as follows:

• ·New: Brand new, unworn, with original tags and packaging where applicable.
• ·Like New: Worn once or twice. No visible signs of wear. May or may not include original tags.
• ·Excellent: Gently used with minimal signs of wear. No stains, tears, or structural damage.
• ·Good: Shows moderate signs of use. May have minor scuffs, fading, or cosmetic imperfections that are noted in the listing.
• ·Fair: Shows noticeable wear. All flaws are clearly described and photographed. Priced accordingly.
